Contributing to the Database (Trust staff only)
If you become a named contributor to the database whether as an administrator or licensed photographer your
personal details will be limited to first name, surname, job title and internal Trust address. It is reasonable
to expect such information from you in order to establish legitimacy and furthermore to ensure those accessing
the database know who to contact. The Trust will not accept anonymous contributions.
Although the use of personal information is limited the Trust has ensured that the purposes for using personal
information on the site have undergone legal justification under the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998. The
Trust maintains strict security standards and procedures with a view to preventing unauthorised access to Trust Information.
We use leading technologies such as (but not limited to) anti virus software, fire walls and server authentication
to protect the security of data.
